Main mission To lead the entire ERP program, ensuring strategic coherence, project coordination, and the delivery of expected results. To supervise several project managers and external partners, while ensuring governance, risk management, and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Program Governance Define the program structure, deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators. Establish a Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure monitoring, documentation, and transparency. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (management, suppliers, partners). Prepare and lead steering committees, produce progress reports, and create dashboards. Project Manager Supervision Supervise 3 to 5 project managers responsible for functional areas (finance, HR, operations, etc.). Harmonize management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) according to project needs. Ensure the sharing of best practices, the resolution of inter-project conflicts, and the management of dependencies. Support project managers in resource, budget, and schedule management. Strategic and Operational Management Ensure the program is aligned with business objectives and transformation priorities. Identify cross-functional risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure program resilience. Manage major changes (scope, schedule, budget) in collaboration with management.Ensure the quality of deliverables and end-user satisfaction. Leadership and Change Management Act as a transformation agent: promote the vision, mobilize teams, and manage resistance. Collaborate with HR and Communications to support change adoption. Implement feedback and continuous improvement mechanisms. Desired Profile Proven experience in ERP program management (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, etc.) Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in governance tools (PMO, KPIs, reporting) Excellent communication and results-oriented skills We believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.
