Client Experience Representative (Etobicoke)Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness is a group of modern health care clinics located in Toronto. We are looking to add a full-time Client Experience Representative at Etobicoke (Two locations: Lake Shore Blvd West & Park Lawn Rd, Royal York & The Queensway).This is the ideal job for a passionate and engaging service‑oriented candidate to work in a positive health care setting.CompanyFoundation Physiotherapy is a physiotherapist‑owned and operated facility. We provide physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy services to clients living and/or working in downtown Toronto. At Foundation Physiotherapy, our focus is on delivering exceptional results and services, learning new techniques, advancing our capabilities, and making the healthcare environment fun.Position OverviewWe require enthusiastic individuals to regularly engage with clients, along with ensuring the clinic's experience is kept at a high quality. This position is catered to a candidate looking to gain administrative and managerial skills, along with utilizing their creative energy. Our staff will also enjoy credits to use in‑house for massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractic services.ResponsibilitiesHigh‑quality interactions with clientsDeliver client services such as inquiries, bookings, paymentsPayment reconciliationWeekly reporting of clinic statsMaintain and manage accounts receivablesManage, train, and oversee the client experience teamDirect support to the clinic director with reporting and billingAdministrative tasks as assignedUnderstand and sell related health‑care services and productsDevelop and deliver company promotions and onsite marketing eventsSmiling, laughing and having a good timeSkill RequirementsLeadershipaskingDetail and process orientedMeet deadlinesCreative and energeticTelephone and in‑person communication skillsMorning and evening hours should be availableQualificationsPrevious customer service experience in gym/fitness settings, retail, or catering/hospitality. Experience with billing, invoicing, collections and creating email communication would be an asset.
