Our FYidoctors Bedford - Nine Mile Drive clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team. This full‑time position requires 30‑40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for front desk duties, pre‑testing services, and ensuring a positive experience for patients. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting patients as they enter Checking patients in and out Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing, and payments Administering pre‑testing services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
