This is a generalist, early-career role designed for someone who wants hands‑on exposure to sales, while also helping improve how our sales organization operates.Reporting into the Sales Manager, Western Canada, you’ll work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Marketing, Client Success, and Revenue Operations to help close deals, learn from our pipeline, and continuously improve our go‑to‑market effectiveness. This role offers meaningful ownership, real customer exposure, and multiple paths for growth at Common Wealth.What You’ll DoClose a subset of deals generated through our advisor network, particularly those supported by existing Account ExecutivesSupport Account Executives with deal preparation, follow‑ups, and pipeline progressionParticipate in sales calls, demos, and deal reviews to build hands‑on sales experienceOwn and maintain core sales assets, including presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, and templatesIdentify gaps in sales enablement materials and work cross‑functionally to improve themPartner with Sales leadership to analyze wins, losses, and pipeline trendsHelp improve how we use HubSpot through reporting, benchmarking, and sales analyticsUse data to surface insights that improve deal quality, efficiency, and advisor experienceCollaborate closely with Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to support aligned go‑to‑market executionWho You AreEarly in your sales or go‑to‑market career, with strong curiosity about how high‑performing sales teams operateComfortable balancing execution (closing deals) with analytical and operational workHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and thoughtful about process and qualityData‑literate and excited to learn tools like HubSpot deeplyA clear, proactive communicator who enjoys working cross‑functionallyMotivated by learning, ownership, and long‑term growthGrowth & DevelopmentThis role is intentionally designed with multiple growth paths, depending on your strengths and interests:Grow into an Account Executive role with full quota ownershipExpand into a broader sales enablement or growth‑focused roleTake on increasing ownership in sales operations, analytics, or advisor‑facing initiativesWhy work with us:Common Wealth is a fast‑growing company with a mission to change the lives of Canadians.
