Position OverviewLambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and innovative organization in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives, lead financial planning, and spearhead data-driven decision-making for a dynamic company serving diverse markets across North America and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate the strategic planning cycle, from initial assessments to performance trackingConduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluationsDevelop and manage performance tracking frameworks, creating insightful reports for executive reviewCollaborate with cross-functional teams to shape long-term business strategies and optimization initiativesBuild and evaluate business cases for new opportunities, including market expansion and M&A prospectsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business strategy, or a similar roleMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant graduate degree preferredExtensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planningProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.
