Our model emphasizes functional recovery, safety, and timely return to work within a professionally governed, community-based program.Role SummaryWe are seeking experienced Physiotherapists to provide in-home WSIB rehabilitation services for injured workers who cannot attend outpatient clinics. This role focuses on mobility, strength, pain management, and functional independence using evidence-based interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete in-home PT assessments for WSIB clientsDeliver individualized, goal-oriented rehabilitation programsAddress mobility, strength, endurance, and pain managementProgress treatment plans within WSIB treatment blocksEducate clients on self-management and recovery strategiesComplete WSIB-compliant documentation and reporting within timelinesCollaborate with RN assessors and interdisciplinary team membersQualificationsRegistered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of OntarioMinimum 3 years clinical experienceCommunity, orthopedic, or rehab experience preferredStrong documentation and organizational skillsComfortable working independently in clients’ homesValid driver’s licence and reliable vehicleCompensation ModelBlock-funded modelEquivalent to $55–60/hourFlexible caseload depending on referral volumeWhy Work With UsClear scope and expectationsProfessional, WSIB-funded client populationFlexible schedulingStrong clinical supportOpportunity to be part of a growing program #J-18808-Ljbffr
