Your Next Challenge Reporting to the Human Resources General Supervisor, you will support operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while learning in a dynamic mining environment. Assist with human resources related tasks (HRIS administration, documentation, time & attendance, audit/readiness). Support HR projects (workforce planning cycles, program rollouts, process simplification). Support policy interpretation and adherence to employment standards and company procedures. Assist with workplace investigations. Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety and responsibility. Contribute to environmental stewardship and compliance efforts. Engage in continuous improvement projects and support technology adoption. Learn to use HR software and tools. Take part in training and development opportunities to build technical and leadership skills. Benefit from mentorship and guidance to progress towards professional HR certification. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business/Commerce or a related field (graduated within the last 2 years or soon to graduate). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communicator and team player. Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and Agnico Eagle’s values. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI). Your Work Schedule Schedule: 7/7 or 14/14 at the Detour Lake Mine. Accommodations and meals provided on site at no cost. Transportation to and from the mine site will be provided.
