What you'll get to do Provide Consulting Services to Customers Leads engagements that help prospectsandcustomers determine how Dayforce will impact their HR service delivery that may include key processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, business case, reportingandanalytics. Ensures a smooth knowledge transfer process to the Dayforce Implementation team Is considered a subject matter expert on strategic implementations. Can be brought in to assist on projects of various sizes, verticalsandcomplexity. Leads internalandexternal projectand/or design meetingsandprovide status on progress of consulting services activitiesanddeliverables Conducts peer reviewsandother internal project quality assurance activities Either leads a CS engagement for Organizational Readiness best practices or provides guidanceandinput in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce solution Able to establish credibilityandrapport with internalandexternal stakeholders at all levels of organization; comfortable with executives Is cool under pressure; often called on to lead difficult conversations with customers Takes unpopular stance if necessaryandin the best interests of the customer/project Able to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time Contribute to Internal Consulting Services Initiatives Designanddocument solutionsandcontributes to a solutions repository Document best practicesandshare with the Practice Lead the subject matter expert (SME) program in at least one area of expertise (HR service delivery, Dayforce, talent management) Regularly participate in internal process improvement initiatives Focus on Continuing Education Contribute to internal knowledge share; review questionsandprovide feedback on a continuous basis Participate in Continuing Education sessions; lead Consulting Services best practice sessions Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on newand/or enhanced functionality in each product release Mentor others on HCM best practice implementation of new product featuresandfunctionality Support the sales cycle through solution reviewandfeedbackandassistance with scopingandestimation Participate in prospect discussions regarding solution overviewandimplementation considerations from a Consulting Services perspective. SkillsandExperience we value Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree or post coursework an asset Typically has 3 or more years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider or consultancy with a focus on the configuration of Time & Attendance, Schedules, Pay Rules, Organizational Structure,andLeave Policies Typically has 2 or more years of HCM implementation or relevant applications consulting experience Solid experience in business process mapping, organization readiness,andtechnology enablement Experience in change management an asset Technical Skills Requirements Has expert-level HR operations/business practicesandtechnology enablement experience. Has advanced level HCM SaaS domainandimplementation experience Dayforce product knowledge with an understanding of the critical interdependenciesanddata flow between all modules (desired).
