Job Summary Customer Experience Associate – TD Canada Trust Work Location: North York, Ontario, CanadaHours: 15 hrs/weekLine of Business: Personal & Commercial BankingPay: $22.50 - $28.33 CAD per hour. Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to SOPs, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct. Identify and understand customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when required. Meet assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time. Maintain a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through collaboration and contribution to team effectiveness. Keep colleagues informed about the status of routine activities. Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence. Qualifications High School diploma; 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; calm, courteous, and effective customer interaction.
