OverviewWere looking for a Business Process Architect to join our team This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our Operational Excellence team.ResponsibilitiesDesign and continuously improve the organization's enterprise-wide process architecture.Define frameworks, standards, and taxonomies to promote consistency, traceability, and accountability.Identify method(s) for monitoring and selecting processes for improvement, promoting the use of digital tools for process mapping, monitoring and improvements.Map, optimize, and govern business processes with the member experience as the top priority, removing friction, reducing wait times, and enabling seamless integration across channels.Ensure business processes are seamlessly integrated with data sources and systems, enabling real-time insights and efficient workflows.Provide analysis on the process improvement to determine cost/benefit and ROI.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certification in a process improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, Certified Process Manager, Certified Business Architect, BPM Training).5-8 years of experience in business process management, process architecture, process and enterprise modelling.Experience leading process improvement initiatives and communicating complex subjects into actionable recommendations.Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Power Automate, Power BI) and process modeling tools.Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our companys assets and reputation.Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.Application InformationEmployer Name: Innovation Federal Credit UnionVisit the CAREERS page or our website to learn more about this position and to apply.
