Overview Millwright – Temporary Day Shift (7:00am-3:00pm) at Hartmann North America, Brantford, Ontario. Join our Maintenance team to support the production of pulp molded egg cartons. Responsibilities Lead and assist major equipment installations and set‑up. Perform major and general building repairs (heating, plumbing, other building equipment). Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Execute routine maintenance work on machinery and fabricate simple parts, tools, and gauges. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. Qualifications Licensed Industrial Millwright; 433A preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in all maintenance projects. Excellent communication skills to interact with team, customers, and suppliers. Benefits Competitive wages: $44.51 base rate plus overtime for hours >40 per week. Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for hours between 7pm and 7am. Safety shoe allowance, uniform provision and laundering. Group health insurance, dental, vision, and unlimited physiotherapy.
