Shifts

This position follows a rotating schedule consisting of 5 weeks on day shift, 2 weeks on afternoon shift, and 1 week on night shift.

As a Millwright, you will

- Work in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Perform preventative maintenance and effectively prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and assess the feasibility of equipment modifications or improvements.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Carry out routine and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.

You/'ll need

- Red Seal Certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) with a valid trade license.
- Completed an apprenticeship Millwright program – or equivalent.
- 5 years experience in manufacturing environment
