Provide leadership to health services staff and oversee provision of quality health services respecting the resident’s right to individualized planning of health services. Work with the existing management and health services teams to promote communication and compliance to policies and procedures. Administer and record prescribed medication as per company policy and scope of practice. Maintain standards of accurate and complete documentation and reporting. Apply dressings and treatments according to physician’s orders and policy. Assist with supervision and evaluation of job performance and behavior of other health care staff. About You Active registration with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN). Ability to work a flexible schedule of hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid CPR & First Aid or BLS Certification (required). Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire. Advanced proficiency in English; proficiency in French is considered an asset. Previous course in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care is a huge asset. Previous working experience with elderly in long‑term care or a senior living environment is an asset. Passion for the healthcare sector and ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care.
