The Opportunity We are looking for a versatile Content Creator – Generalist who is comfortable shooting and editing on a phone as well as with DSLR or mirrorless cameras. You understand what performs on social, why it works, and how to execute it quickly without sacrificing quality. This role is hands‑on, execution‑focused, and offers room to ideate, experiment, and help shape content across multiple platforms and clients. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers, and producers to bring ideas to life. Contribute to ideation, trends, and content concepts when developing social and campaign work. Adapt content quickly based on performance, feedback, and platform trends. Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast‑moving agency environment. Shoot, edit, and deliver social‑first content across a range of formats and quality levels, from lo‑fi phone content to mid‑ and high‑fi DSLR production. Create platform‑native content for channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social. Edit short‑form video with strong pacing, sound, captions, and visual storytelling. What You’ll Bring 2 to 4 years of experience creating content for social platforms, in an agency, brand, or creator environment. Strong shooting and editing skills, including phone‑based lo‑fi content and higher‑production DSLR/mirrorless workflows. Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar. A strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content best practices. An eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency. Ideation skills and the ability to contribute creative ideas. A portfolio that showcases a range of styles, formats, and production levels.
