Base pay range CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$75,000.00/yr Senior Associate, Recruitment Services at Vaco About the Opportunity Prepare lease abstracts and enter accurate lease information into the company’s lease management system Maintain regular communication with internal teams such as property management, accounting, and revenue/finance Review and summarize lease documents and related materials to support transactions, including acquisitions Draft lease-related agreements and documentation (e.g., amendments, estoppel certificates, surrender agreements) Liaise with tenants and external legal representatives as needed Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned About You Minimum of 2 years of experience with lease or other legal/contract documentation Proficiency with MS Office applications Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Experience with lease administration software is an asset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
