As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Waterloo **What you’ll do*** Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent, accurate, and proactive credit practices.* Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management, credit regulations, and best practices.* Ensure effective account oversight in full compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations.* Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes.* Identify and escalate material credit risks to management as appropriate.* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures.* Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including activities related to month-end close.* Participate in daily team activities such as huddles and provide clear direction on priorities.* Provide backup support to the Credit Manager.**What you need*** Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills — required.* Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail — required.* Experience training or guiding others — required.* Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience — required.* Advanced Excel skills — required.* Understanding of financial controls and related procedures— required.* CCP designation or experience working in a publicly traded environment — advantage.* SAP experience — advantage.* Willingness to work overtime during financial reporting cycles and to support global business requirements**What we offer*** Opportunities to grow within a global technology leader.* Collaborative, supportive team culture.* Competitive compensation.* Comprehensive benefits package.* Learning and development programs.**What happens next**Apply online and our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
