Senior In-Force Policy Service Associate Join to apply for the Senior In-Force Policy Service Associate role at Canada Life. Temporary Full Time. Reporting to an Assistant/Associate Manager, you will work within a team committed to providing superior, fast, accurate, and cost-effective service to our clients by responding to policy information and/or change requests and processing them. Our clients include financial security advisors, marketing assistants, customer service centers, business partners. What You Will Do Process a wide variety of customer service transactions, ensuring proper authorizations are received, accurate calculations are made, and system records are updated. This includes disbursements and related accounting entries, beneficiary or ownership changes, premium payment administration, reinstatements, and possibly policy changes and confirmation of policy revisions, etc. Respond to inquiries and provide technical and contractual information by interpreting contractual provisions, current tax regulations, existing guidelines, and system processes. As a team member, participate in routine administrative tasks and assist the Assistant Manager or Associate Manager in ensuring smooth team operations. Occasionally work on projects to support new initiatives, product improvements, and system changes. What You Bring Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs. Proven customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Positive and optimistic outlook. Ability to adapt effectively to change. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. Adaptability – you are flexible and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and quick learner. Comfortable with both structured and unstructured processes. Demonstrated initiative and appreciation for a challenging workload. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure. Clear commitment to self-development. Knowledge of traditional individual/universal life insurance products would be an asset. The base salary for this position is between $41,100 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e., annual bonus, commission, etc).
