We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support and scale our Salesforce ecosystem across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, and guide the adoption of strategic Salesforce capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisEngage with business stakeholders to understand and document processes, requirements, and challenges.Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate workshops and working sessions to capture detailed Salesforce requirements.Convert business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.Configure core Salesforce features: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, etc.Recommend platform best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.Advanced Salesforce Platform ExpertiseThe candidate must have working experience and hands-on exposure in the following areas:Setting up the Enterprise Org Hub.Implementing Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation.Developing Agentforce AI use cases on the enterprise hub org.Integrating Salesforce with external applications and platforms.Defining guardrails and establishing a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) with governance.Assessing current Salesforce orgs and devising a strategy for optimization.Process OptimizationIdentify improvement opportunities and design future-state workflows aligned with Salesforce capabilities.Propose automation and standardization solutions to optimize operational efficiency.Testing & Quality AssurancePrepare and execute comprehensive test cases for new features and enhancements.Support UAT, address feedback, and ensure high-quality production releases.Documentation & TrainingCreate and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, solution designs, configuration notes, and training materials.Deliver user training and adoption support as needed.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.3–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Platform).Hands-on experience with declarative configuration.Expertise in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.PreferredSalesforce Business Analyst.Experience with Agile/Scrum.Knowledge of integration tools such as Mulesoft, Kafka, Boomi.Strategic and analytical thinking.Business process mapping.Problem solving and solution orientation.Governance and standards-driven mindset.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
