Partner at Tritan Group – Delivering Tailor‑made Recruitment solutions Position Summary TRITAN Group is working with a well‑established commercial property management firm in Calgary to find an experienced Property Accountant to join their team. Roles and Responsibilities Full‑cycle accounting, including AP, AR, reconciling bank statements, financial reporting, and budget and audit preparation Administer and review Gross and Net leases and update Rent Rolls Prepare monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis Prepare and process annual CAM reconciliation & recoveries Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accurate and timely remittanceCreate annual budgets in coordination with the Property Managers, BODs, and owners Report on variances and prepare monthly account reconciliations Prepare tax schedules and file GST returns Prepare and coordinate internal and external audit processes Process invoices, including matching coding invoices to comply with budget schedules, and compiling and verifying batches Qualifications A minimum of 3–5 years of property accounting experience required A formal accounting degree or diploma is required Proficient with accounting software such as SPECTRA or Yardi Voyageur MS Office experience is required Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting / Auditing and Finance Industries Accounting and Real Estate Location and Salary Calgary, Alberta, Canada | Salary: CA$75,000 – CA$85,000 | Posted: 1 month ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
