Le rôle Relevant de la direction des ressources humaines, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion complète de la paie pour environ 100 employés répartis au Québec et en Ontario. Vos responsabilités Préparer, saisir et traiter la paie sur un système informatisé (Payworks = un atout); Effectuer les remises gouvernementales et produire les déclarations requises (T4, Relevé 1, CNESST, etc.); Gérer les éléments variables de la paie (vacances, avances, heures, dépenses, etc.); Assurer la conformité des dossiers employés et la tenue des registres liés à la paie; Analyser les comptes du grand livre associés à la paie; Répondre aux questions des employés et offrir un soutien sur les politiques et outils de paie; Documenter les formations externes complétées par les employés. Profil recherché DEC en comptabilité, en gestion de la paie ou formation équivalente; Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en traitement de la paie; Autonomie, sens de l’initiative et grande discrétion; Excellente attention aux détails et souci de conformité; Bilingue (Français et Anglais) Pourquoi postuler? Payroll Administrator — Part-Time (2–3 days per week) (Hybrid) Are you detail-driven and looking for a flexible role where your expertise truly matters? Our client, a well-established professional firm known for its collaborative culture and modern work environment, is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join its Human Resources team. The Opportunity Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process for close to 100 employees across Quebec and Ontario. Key Responsibilities Process and administer payroll using an automated payroll system (Payworks = a plus); Ensure accurate government remittances and required filings (T4s, RL-1s, CNESST, etc.); Manage payroll variables such as vacation, advances, billable hours, and expenses; Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in employee files; Review and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts; Act as a resource for employees regarding payroll questions and policies; Track and document externally completed training activities. What we’re looking for College diploma in accounting, payroll administration, or a related field; At least 4 years of hands‑on payroll experience; Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail; Self-starter with a proactive mindset; Strong Excel and reporting skills; Bilingual (French & English) What’s in it for you?
