Job Title Attorney Location Williamsville, NY (On-site) Salary Range $50,000 - $100,000 Overview A fast-growing General Practice Firm in Williamsville, New York, is seeking an experienced Attorney with at least 2 years of substantive experience in a law firm setting. The firm is known for its expertise in business and corporate law, commercial and civil litigation, real estate, probate, estate planning, and more. The Attorney will be involved in all aspects of different matters, including real estate, estate planning, probate, and litigation, from case inception through closing. The Attorney will also be responsible for coordination of all correspondence, scheduling, and client communications necessary for each case. Responsibilities Provide legal support to clients and assist with all aspects of different matters Coordinate all correspondence, scheduling, and client communications necessary for each case Generate work product in a timely manner and learn independently Bill a minimum of 30 hours per week Build and expand on their areas of expertise and skills Requirements Must be licensed to practice law in New York State with at least 2 years of substantive experience as an Attorney in a law firm setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service minded Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage heavy workload Extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task Requires a high degree of professionalism Ability to exercise good judgment and meet deadlines Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), and an ability to learn billing software Highly organized Self-motivated problem solver Interest in learning and developing skill sets Dependable Team player Benefits The law firm offers competitive compensation along with a friendly and collaborative work environment where every employee becomes part of a team to achieve the best results for clients.
