If you answered "yes" to these questions, we want to talk to you We are searching for a Senior Accountant to lead our Canadian operations How you'll make a difference Lead and manage monthly close activities for the Canadian market, including reconciliations, financial analysis, and reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the annual Canadian market budget, providing key insights to influence financial outcomes. Support and oversee the Canadian finance team with analysis and other accounting-related activities. Lead implementation and upgrades of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with Canadian accounting regulations. Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and spearheading process optimization. How you will win Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a CPA (Canada) designation is a strong plus. 3+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a Canadian context. Deep understanding of Canadian tax regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus. Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis. Soutenir et superviser l'équipe des finances canadiennes dans l'analyse et les autres activités liées à la comptabilité. Diriger la mise en œuvre et les mises à niveau des systèmes et processus financiers afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et la précision. Concevoir, mettre en place et surveiller les contrôles internes pour assurer la conformité aux réglementations comptables canadiennes. Stimuler l'amélioration continue en identifiant les occasions d'optimisation et en menant des initiatives de transformation. Ce qui vous permettra de réussir Baccalauréat en comptabilité; le titre CPA (Canada) est un atout important. Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité financière et en production de rapports, idéalement dans un contexte canadien. Excellente compréhension des lois fiscales canadiennes et des Normes internationales d'information financière (IFRS). Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et verbale. Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est un atout. Expérience avec Oracle ou un autre système ERP similaire, un avantage. Maîtrise avancée d'Excel pour l'analyse financière.
