We DAIRY youThe mission of the Senior Analyst, ERP Process Optimization – Finance & Accounting Sector is to support business processes and needs related to our SAP ERP platform and connected systems in the management of the organization’s global financial and accounting processes. In addition, the analyst will play a key role in optimizing, improving, simplifying, and standardizing all practices, processes, and report management associated with these systems.Furthermore, this position will support the organization by optimizing SAP processes linked to accounting and financial elements based on best practices, while bringing expertise across the organization. The analyst will leverage an innovative vision and challenge the status quo, while seeking buy-in from finance teams and various stakeholders. Identify opportunities for efficiency gains (to improve productivity and performance) and lead the implementation of these projects (automation, process improvement).Provide user support (questions, incidents, resolutions, functionalities, procedures, sharing expertise).Develop the community of super users for related functions by enhancing knowledge levels, providing training tools, and fostering networking.Build relationships and collaborate with multiple teams and experts across various finance & accounting sectors.Participate in solution design (identify and document options, strategies, and impacts; model processes and requirements; translate technical objectives for functional and development teams; participate in testing and support the deployment of selected solutions to professional teams).Implement rigorous measures related to the balanced scorecard to evaluate performance and reduce variability/defects in finance & accounting-specific processes.Drive organizational change, propose creative business solutions, and optimize existing processes.What you need to join our team:5 to 7 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting roles (AP, AR, Reporting, Commercial Finance, Manufacturing Finance)Proven experience in process improvementAdvanced knowledge of SAP S/4 HanaTraining in continuous improvement (Lean – an asset)Experience in implementing change management strategiesBilingual in French and English, spoken and writtenOccasional travel required (Canada and USA)We’re ready—are you?
