**Finance ERP Lead (SAP)**
**Duration: 12 months Contract**
**Location: Longueuil, Québec, Canada (Hybrid)**
The position requires an extensive working knowledge of the **SAP S4/HANA** environment **(FI/CO modules**) and business processes surrounding its use in all the operational activities. A solid understanding of the Controller level day to day accounting requirements and the inter-departmental interfaces is mandatory.
Throughout the multiple-year implementation project, the **Finance ERP Lead** will be required to interact directly with the consultant groups working on the development of the **SAP S/4 HANA software**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the **Financial & Accounting** procedures and develop business process documentation (SOPs, end-user procedures, etc.) based on existing experience and peer input
- **Subject Matter Expert(SME)** for the Finance group
- Participates in the **Core Team Training** with the intent of becoming a **Financial Management** “Superuser” for the **ERP** system
- Makes decisions on the solution design for **Finance & Accounting** Requirements
- Conducts solution testing preparation and execution for the **Finance & Cost Accounting ERP **modules
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Longueuil, QC J4W 1A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
