Logistics & Warehouse SpecialistLocation：220 superior boulevard Mississauga，OntarioOn-siteResponsibilities:- Responsible for warehouse management，maintain and updates daily statistics- Regularly or irregularly check the quantity of equipment.- Conducting import processes.- Instruction and monitoring of shipments with weekly follow-up with freight forwarders and the head office abroad.- External contacts with suppliers and carriers to exchange information about invoices, closing, tracking shipments and issuing CTE.- Approval and correction of documents linked to the import (BL, Invoice, etc).- Registration and maintenance of products in the logistics system.- Issuance and release of notes/purchase orders in the logistics system. Launching and tracking shipments.Qualifications：- Bachelor or above.- Over 4 years logistic related working experience.- Experience in import and export procedures, familiar with international transaction rules.- Must have experience with Cargo Agents and Forwarding Agents.- Prior experience with importing "heavy" / large-sized machines or equipment (such as forklifts, lifting platforms, cranes, "Yellow Line" equipment, vehicles, etc.) is essential.- Skills: Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation， Problem solving.
