As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining a skilled and competitive structural team; managing the size and make-up of the team to suit workload; developing and maintaining client relationships; implementing improvements and improving efficiency, and supervising the activities of the team in the execution of projects. In addition, you may take on the role of Project Manager and Engineer-of-Record for select projects. This position is critical to advancing Allnorth’s brand reputation, supporting team building initiatives and developing the medium to long-term opportunity pipeline.A Day in the LifeLead daily operations and strategic growth of Allnorth’s Structural Group in Saskatchewan.Provide mentorship and support to a team of engineers, technologists, and field inspectors.Manage internal coordination, staffing, and quality control across multiple projects.
