Our convenient Price Café offers free Tea and Coffee Logistics Coordinator – Antec Controls Antec Controls is experiencing rapid growth, and to support our expanding operations, we are excited to introduce the newly created Logistics Coordinator position. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily logistics activities, coordinating shipments, optimizing carrier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: Support daily logistics operations including quote requests, scheduling inbound/outbound shipments, and assisting with freight claims Monitor carrier performance to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Identify carrier opportunities to enhance pricing and service levels. Maintain communication with buyers, manufacturing leadership, and production managers to ensure logistics alignment with business needs. Assist in developing relationships with carriers and onboarding new logistics partners. Generate and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports. The ideal candidate for this position will have: 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation. Diploma or degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field would be an asset Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Understanding of North American import/export trade compliance. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a proactive mindset and a sense of urgency. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
