¢ Handle extra project works and variations as needed
Requirements:

¢ Experience in commercial plumbing and heating â€
¢ NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating is desirable â€
¢ Relevant certifications like SMSTS/SSSTS are a plus â€
¢ Gas Safe or OFTEC qualifications beneficial â€
¢ Strong understanding of maintenance delivery models Lead maintenance efficiency and elevate service quality across educational and commercial portfolios.
