Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist to be based at AJW Technique Inc. in Montreal, Quebec, our State-of-the-Art Commercial Aircraft Component MRO facility. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development & Sales, the Inside Sales Specialist will be a key part of an energetic and fast-growing team and will be responsible for the delivery of revenue targets through; consistent lead generation, effective relationship management, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the aviation sector, including airlines, MROs, and more. Trend analysis of market and customer activities Effective management and actioning of customer inquiries in the time-critical Aviation sector Clearly communicating product information to current and prospective customers Facilitating the sales process to meet organizational goals Provide feedback to sales staff as well as other stakeholders within the company. Your front-line knowledge will be imperative to aligning the sales strategy for the company and which products will receive most attention. Positively engage with Continuous Improvement activity including communication of ideas for improvement to team leader and management. The goal will be to streamline order handling and enhance customer experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Any other reasonable and appropriate task as requested by the management team in order to meet the needs of the business. Job Requirements Experience in a sales environment. Aviation experience is a great asset. Sales-driven with appropriate verbal and written communication skills both in English (fluent) and French (functional) to support the development of customer relationships. Spanish is an asset. Demonstrable history of managing and growing a variety of customer accounts. Possesses strong negotiation skills and uses them to maximize profits. Recognizes key organizational challenges and enhances development of a ‘one company’ perspective through active promotion of co-ordination between internal departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate communication with all parties within the company.
