What You'll Be Doing

  • Grow the business by identifying new leads, developing opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Own customer relationships - from first contact to contract signing and ongoing account support.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Inside and Outside Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Support and lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring.
  • Take the initiative on strategic projects that move the needle - think beyond the day-to-day.
  • Contribute to the big picture - help define sales strategies and long-term business plans.
  • Lead with influence, setting a high standard for collaboration, accountability, and performance.

Your Background

Required:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management where negotiation and relationship-building were key.
  • Ability to manage customer or supplier accounts, negotiate contracts, and create win-win outcomes.
  • Solid financial understanding - pricing, margins, risk management.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams.
  • Background in aerospace or technical industries.

Education:

  • A degree in Business, Aerospace, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields is preferred - but equivalent experience is welcome.
