Job Purpose GSK is seeking a Marketing Manager, Specialty Vaccines to join our Vaccines team. This role is hybrid (3 days/week onsite) and reports directly to the Marketing Director, Vaccines. The ideal candidate will reside in the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal. As the Marketing Manager, Specialty Care, you will be a key contributor in this team’s ambition to redefine the role of specialty care in protecting patients against vaccine-preventable diseases. You will contribute to brand strategic and operational planning and lead execution of tactics and activities targeting key HCPs, hospital programs, and account stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the cross functional teams within the Vaccines Business Unit to ensure strong communication, alignment, and collaboration to drive excellence in execution of commercial activities. You will also work closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team to support implementation of commercial strategy. This strategy will be executed in alignment to GSK Values and Mission: To unite science, talent, and technology to get ahead of disease together. Ces responsabilités incluent notamment : Démontrer un leadership fort en matrice et favoriser un environnement de communication proactive et d'alignement au sein de l'équipe transversale Vaccines Specialty Care Diriger l'exécution des tactiques dans le plan opérationnel en travaillant avec les principaux intervenants internes transversaux et partenaires externes Gérer des projets soutenus par des prestataires (par exemple, consultants, agences créatives/médias/communications) pour garantir des livrables de haute qualité alignés sur les objectifs stratégiques, les délais et le budget Développer une compréhension approfondie des objectifs de traitement et des parcours des patients dans les spécialités ciblées ; identifier les lacunes d'information et diriger des projets de génération d'insights (par exemple, comités consultatifs et études de marché) pour affiner et valider la stratégie, les obstacles et opportunités, ainsi que des idées tactiques innovantes Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires de formation pour diriger le développement et la mise en œuvre de la formation KAM afin d'assurer l'alignement sur le positionnement de la marque, la stratégie, la segmentation des clients et les messages pour atteindre les objectifs de la marque Fournir une analyse continue et identifier les dynamiques du marché susceptibles d'impacter l'activité et contribuer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre des opportunités ou des mesures d'atténuation Gérer le budget A&P pour garantir que les dépenses annuelles sont suivies et conformes aux objectifs Soutenir l'équipe interne dans la construction et la présentation de revues régulières de performance/de business de la marque aux dirigeants et parties prenantes internes Collaborer en interne entre les marques et l'unité commerciale pour partager les meilleures pratiques afin d'optimiser le succès de la marque et de l'organisation Démontrer une compréhension et une application solides du code/valeurs de GSK Être un contributeur clé dans un environnement axé sur la performance en apportant un état d'esprit positif et un engagement à se tenir soi-même et les autres responsables de la réalisation des objectifs transversaux Why you? Qualifications de base Nous recherchons des professionnels avec les compétences requises suivantes pour atteindre nos objectifs : Diplôme de licence en sciences de la vie, marketing, commerce ou domaine connexe avec plus de 8 ans d'expérience en marketing pharmaceutique, ventes ou autre expérience commerciale pertinente Solide connaissance et expérience préalable dans divers domaines thérapeutiques (expérience spécialisée fortement préférée) Excellentes compétences en communication et engagement (virtuelles et en présentiel) Capacité à articuler clairement des contenus complexes à la direction, aux pairs et aux clients, tant dans des conversations individuelles que dans des présentations de groupe Compétences organisationnelles solides et capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets nécessitant des priorités et des contributions transversales Force dans le défi de soi-même, des pairs et du statu quo Capacité à établir une forte relation de confiance avec les collègues et à démontrer une volonté de soulever des problèmes et des défis potentiels dans l'intention de trouver rapidement des solutions Capacité à travailler dans l'ambiguïté et dans un paysage externe où les précédents existants peuvent ne pas fournir de directives Capacité à travailler efficacement et à prospérer dans un environnement basé sur des équipes transversales Capacité à transformer rapidement les insights en mise en œuvre stratégique et tactique Qualifications préférées Si vous possédez les caractéristiques suivantes, ce serait un plus : Expérience en marketing dans la cardiologie ou l'endocrinologie préférée Expérience dans une équipe commerciale mettant en œuvre une approche de gestion des comptes clés est un atout Solide connaissance pratique et capacité démontrée à développer et mettre en œuvre des tactiques utilisées dans les hôpitaux, les comptes et/ou les systèmes de santé Bilingue (anglais et français) Why GSK?
