You’ll provide analytical and technical expertise in tax compliance, ensuring all tax reporting reconciles to the general ledger and government tax records.**What you’ll do:*** Support filing tax returns and preparing documents for reporting* Stay current on emerging tax and regulatory developments, including industry best practices* Perform routine tax compliance tasks and provide support to the Tax Compliance team**What we’re looking for:*** An analytical thinker who can help others understand complex financial issues* A clear communicator able to share financial information with team members**What you’ll need:*** A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce* A CPA designation (or are currently pursuing a CPA designation)* Comprehensive understanding of the tax and regulatory environment, accounting policies, corporate tax policies and financial accounting and reporting principles (IFRS)* At least two years of relevant experience would be considered an asset**You belong here** At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
