As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities for grain handling and crop input facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
