You will work on innovative R&D Projects that contribute to the long-term success of Silver Hills and our Gluten Free line.In this role, you can apply your management skills to manage people and projects. You will support and keep the R&D team motivated to create new products and improve our current delicious, plant-based products The challenge is to manage constraints and keep the team updated on the latest priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced food production environment.
