We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Manager with strong communication interpersonal skills to join our Finance team.This position will be based in Fibracast head office in Hannon, Ontario.Responsibilities and DutiesManage bookkeepers providing guidance and support to ensure timely delivery of accurate workExecute complex inventory and systems revenue recognition accounting processes monthlyEnsure month end close activities are completed in a timely manner, supported by well-documented files and complete reconciliationsReview financial statements by region and department and consolidate the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow monthlyPrepare and share monthly budget-to-actual reporting to various departments, collaborating with business to ensure a thorough understanding and that issues are resolvedManage the Canadian, USA and EMEA payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain the global weekly cash flow forecast with precisionManage global AR invoicing and collections processesManage the AP process and determine weekly payment run for EMEA and North AmericaManage sales tax filings processes (Canada and EMEA)Assist with annual budgeting processPrepare external annual financial statementsSupport the CFO in the coordination and timely completion of the company’s financial statement audit and corporate tax return filings liaising with the company’s audit and tax firmAssist in special projects as neededExperience/EducationBachelors Degree in Accounting, Commerce or BusinessCPA5+ years of working experience and 2+ years in a similar capacityExperience managing payroll and collections an assetExperience working with QuickBooks an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDriven and self-startedAbility to work well independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr
