For almost 32 years, GHS has delivered an enterprise level of service and support to clients and is recognized with industry‑leading awards each year.We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Security Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our Managed SOC, MDR services, security assessments, and cybersecurity product portfolio. This role is ideal for a results‑driven sales professional who excels at understanding client challenges, building trusted relationships, and delivering tailored security solutions that provide measurable business value.ResponsibilitiesWork with sales management, inside sales representatives, pre‑sales technical support, and the services delivery team to identify prospects and develop client relationships using advanced sales and marketing automation.Identify business opportunities by researching, analyzing solution options, and evaluating prospects’ position in the industry.Collaborate with assigned GHS Account Executives and Inside Sales to build and manage territory plans to meet objectives.Develop Managed Security Services opportunities with a focus on mid‑market, cross‑industry clientele.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, achieving vendor sales certifications, and establishing personal networks.Lead development of service contracts with SLAs, SOWs, and terms to suit customer needs, with support of the GHS technical & delivery teams.Require 15‑20% travel.Qualifications3+ years of successful security sales experience in an IT environment.STEM undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.Experience with IT environments.Negotiation and consultative sales skills.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Integrity and loyalty.Energetic and passionate.Results‑oriented.Location in Alberta is an asset.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Health benefits (medical, vision, dental).Life insurance.Pension plan.Professional development.Amazing company culture.Equal Opportunity EmployerGlassHouse Systems is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and encourages all candidates to apply.
