What You Will Experience In This Role We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Aviation Maintenance Analyst with a passion for amazing customer service to join our growing Operations Team. Reporting into the Operations Lead and working across Operations and Customer Service, you’ll be responsible for executing CAMP key processes end to end as well as dealing with prospective and existing customers by phone and email. You’ll need to understand our product inside out and build relationships with our customers to understand their needs. This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in aviation maintenance and customer service. Responsibilities The Aviation Maintenance Analysts (AMA) operate as a virtual extension of the customers’ aircraft maintenance team. Customer engagement is paramount, and the AMA is responsible for managing each assigned customer account. This includes ensuring that the customers’ aircraft are up‑to‑date and maintained in the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform. Specifically, this includes monitoring aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and manufacturer recommendations, ensuring all customer‑provided maintenance compliance records and other data are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and applying their aviation technical knowledge in a manner that ensures the continued integrity of the customer’s maintenance program. The AMA is viewed internally and externally as the subject matter expert as it pertains to the aircraft maintenance program, as well as the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform. Relationships are key and the AMA is expected to develop and promote positive customer relationships that include providing proactive solutions to customer problems, communicating concepts in a clear and effective manner, and championing the overall customer experience by assuming full accountability for the execution and delivery of all related services. Qualifications 2 to 10 years’ experience in a relevant technical field or industry, knowledge of aviation maintenance or manufacturing preferred. Education: BS or equivalent; A&P certificate a plus. Strong analytical skills including the ability to work with large volumes of data. Innate ability to perform all activities with a customer‑first mindset. Ability to work across teams. Ability to effectively communicate key findings and summarize insights and implications to future work or business. Organized, detail‑oriented, structured thinking and execution. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines. High level of independent judgment and proactivity. Ability to collaborate with diverse and complex stakeholders (internal and external), including interacting with, gaining credibility, building relationships with, and influencing others at all levels of the organization. Self‑motivation, entrepreneurialism, high energy, and the ability to successfully function in a high‑demand, performance‑driven environment.
