Manager, Process Owner – Finance Application Services (FAS) and Cost Allocation Services (CAS) Join the Finance Shared Services (FSS) team under the Operations Process Engineering group. Your role will design, maintain, and continuously improve FAS and CAS processes, reducing risk and enhancing overall efficiency. What is the opportunity? You will support day‑to‑day execution of finance related processes such as reconciliations, vendor invoice payments, journal entry postings, finance application, and cost allocation services. Objectives include standardizing, simplifying, and automating processes to deliver transformational changes that improve process efficiency and employee satisfaction. What will you do? Perform full analysis and execution of process reviews (root‑cause identification, process mapping, controls identification, gap analysis, recommendations, implementation, documentation) to eliminate unnecessary steps and improve performance. Identify opportunities for efficiencies, including optimization and transformation through AI and automation. Implement automation and technology solutions (e.g., VBA) or collaborate with IT partners to streamline processes. Anticipate operational risks and issues and track to resolution. Design and document internal controls to mitigate risks identified through process reviews. Promote innovative or improved methods to achieve targets. Collaborate with business partners, colleagues, and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and implement business solutions and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation. Prioritize improvement opportunities for greatest impact, based on quality, escalations, and stakeholder feedback. Raise, track, and work to the resolution of issues/conflicts; elevate to others as appropriate. Assess ambiguous situations and provide clarity to stakeholders as needed. What do you need to succeed? University degree or equivalent experience (Business / Computer Science preferred). 3‑5 years experience with E2E process review, mapping, documentation, and remediation planning. 2+ years experience in application maintenance or end‑user support. Project management and planning skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Confidence in decision‑making and strategic planning. Sense of urgency with ability to handle multiple demands. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Critical thinking. Solid knowledge of implementing controls and risk assessment frameworks. Change‑management mindset. Strong understanding of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) applications, business rule management, and application end‑user support functions. Nice to have Experience with large data. SOX controls knowledge to meet process requirements. Financial reporting cycle experience. Background with Lean Six Sigma or process re‑engineering. Interest in AI solutions applied to process optimization. What's in it for you?
