Overview The Twitch Brand Partnership Studio is an award-winning branded content studio. We’re seeking a Project Activation Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional creative work and driving flawless execution. Based in our Toronto, Canada office, you will partner closely with a Senior Creative Strategist to manage, coordinate, and deliver integrated brand campaigns across Canada. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, build deep expertise in the Twitch creator ecosystem, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, creators, and vendors. You’re a strategic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring ideas to life across digital platforms. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, delivering best-in-class customer service for custom content and advertising executions Own end-to-end execution, project management, and quality control of custom solutions, from sale through completion and ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met Collaborate closely with other teams within the Brand Partnership Studio, including Creative Strategists, Producers, Influencer Relation Manager, Sales, Operations, Legal and Marketing Represent the Brand Partnership Studio in client meetings, providing production recommendations and proactively identifying risks, challenges, and solutions Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets across multiple campaigns. Additionally, secure approvals, track action items, and coordinate closely with vendors, talent, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless live execution Manage partnerships with Twitch creators and oversee third-party production companies Build and maintain strong relationships within the Canadian Twitch creator ecosystem throughout the production lifecycle Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, financial reporting, and billing Support pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy through Salesforce Champion the creative process and advocate for cross-functional alignment throughout the program lifecycle About the team Launched in 2011, Twitch is a global community where millions come together every day to create and experience multiplayer entertainment, live, unpredictable, and powered by interaction. Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in creative project management or production management, delivering work for external clients Comfortable working directly with talent and creators Highly self-motivated with strong multitasking and prioritization skills Proven ability to remain calm and effective in high pressure environments Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to self-manage in a fast paced setting Strong conflict resolution skills with a focus on win-win outcomes Fluency in Salesforce, Airtable, and Google Workspace Strong appreciation for project timelines and operational rigor Broad knowledge of the Twitch community, gaming, and/or live streaming culture Experience in video production and/or live events A genuine passion for producing innovative branded content Fluency in spoken and written French, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required Salary and benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
