The Role NPX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Product Development team in delivering digital solutions for clients in the nuclear industry. Your primary focus will be on team management and performance, delivery excellence, and setting engineering best practices. You’ll partner with a Staff Developer and the Director of Digital Transformation to align priorities and guide the evolution of NPX’s product development approach. Additionally, you’ll help shape how AI is leveraged to enhance workflows, insights, and product value, ensuring adoption is meaningful and results driven. TL;DR: You’ll lead your team to deliver products that make nuclear safer, faster, and more cost‑effective. Technology We Use: React, JavaScript, node.js, TypeScript, Express, .Net, C# Salary Range: $160-190k (Exact compensation may vary). What You’ll Drive Lead and develop the Product Development team through mentoring, coaching, and structured career growth, including ongoing feedback and performance reviews. Build and sustain a diverse, high‑performing team by recruiting top talent and cultivating an inclusive, psychologically safe environment. Define and align the technical vision in partnership with the Staff Developer, while ensuring the team is enabled, resourced, and supported to execute effectively.
