Join to apply for the Project Coordinator role at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation in Montréal, Québec.Capstone Infrastructure Corporation provides a competitive pay range of CA$58,000.00/yr to CA$70,000.00/yr, with additional bonus depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Project Manager and Development Manager, coordinate project development activities, including land acquisition, environmental assessments, stakeholder consultation, and permitting at all government levels.Manage project budgeting and scheduling, engaging external resources for technical and environmental scopes.Support the development team in writing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.Assist in tracking potential project risks and mitigation plans.Support project management activities related to new growth opportunities, including greenfield development and due diligence of prospective acquisitions.Conduct background research on policies and regulations.Represent Capstone in public settings at meetings and conferences.Assist with the organization of meetings, events, and site visits.Support the development team with other project tasks as required.Qualifications and Experience1+ year in the renewable energy sector with experience assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring projects.French as first language; strong English communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or equivalent.Strong project management skills, highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks accurately.Analytical problem-solver capable of working independently or in teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel up to 10–20%.Valid driver’s licence.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; Capstone welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.About CapstoneCapstone is generating a low‑carbon future by driving the energy transition forward through creative thinking, strong partnerships, and a commitment to doing things right.
