Key Responsibilities Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars. Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, facilitating clear communication channels and managing sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. Execute end‑to‑end travel logistics for international and domestic trips, including complex multi‑city itineraries, client‑facing events, and team visits across corporate offices. Lead the planning of events including staff meetings, all‑hands meetings, executive off‑sites, team‑building activities, and supply ordering. Collaborate with the EA Community across AWS/AmSec to drive best practices, implement solutions, and enhance organizational efficiency. Develop and maintain tracking systems for critical deliverables, ensuring on‑time completion of executive and team commitments and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market.
