Key Responsibilities
• Design user adoption strategies and training modules
• Conduct training sessions in both English and French
• Create customizable scenario-based training materials
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions using industry best practices
• Support communication and adoption plans through training
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or relevant technical certification
• 5-10 years in technical training and business analysis
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Proven experience in instructional design principles
