Overview Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMLocation: Brampton, ON L6Y 0P5Weekend Availability: Mandatory (Saturday & Sunday – on-call basis)Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead to support Mantoria’s B2B (Wholesale) and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor activities, ensuring accurate and compliant fulfillment of wholesale orders, and providing hands-on leadership to warehouse associates.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of warehouse operations, B2B fulfillment workflows, and value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and customized packaging. This individual will play a key role in maintaining productivity, quality, and service-level standards while supporting continuous process improvement. Responsibilities Leadership & Coordination Oversee day-to-day warehouse floor operations and provide direction to associates Train and coach team members on B2B and VAS workflows, SOPs, labeling requirements, and compliance standards Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and workflow efficiency Coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Partner teams to resolve issues and improve processes Provide daily operational updates to management and escalate risks or concerns as needed B2B / Value-Added Services (VAS) Operations Maintain a strong working knowledge of B2B/wholesale fulfillment processes Create, implement, and improve procedures for value-added services, including: Kitting and assembly Retail and customer-specific labeling Packaging customization Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, service requirements, and shipping standards Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy, labeling, and documentation Outbound Fulfillment Duties Order Picking: Accurately select SKUs and quantities per order requirements Order Packing: Pack items according to merchant, carrier, and B2B specifications Verification & Quality Control: Confirm accuracy before sealing or shipment Labeling: Apply shipping, carton, pallet, and retailer-specific labels General Warehouse Support Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks Print and apply shipping and compliance labels Acknowledge Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Commercial Invoices Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain housekeeping and safety standards across work areas Flex between departments as needed to support overall warehouse flow Qualifications Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience; team lead or supervisory experience preferred Must know how to operate Reach, Order Picker, and Counterbalance Strong understanding of B2B and VAS workflows Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical warehouse duties Must be available for mandatory weekend on-call shifts Work Environment & Physical Requirements Warehouse environment with frequent standing and walking Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Exposure to warehouse equipment, loading docks, and production areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
