OverviewIntegris is looking for an Insurance Representative III to join the Insurance team on a permanent, full-time basis at our 5th & Central Prince George BC branch.As an Insurance Representative 3, you will demonstrate confidence and competence in servicing a wide range of personal lines insurance products. This includes homes, recreational vehicles, marine policies, mobile homes, and farm coverage. Depending on experience and training, you may also manage loss complex commercial risks such as commercial auto and fleet programs.This role is suited for experienced professionals capable of completing independent risk assessments and managing client portfolios with minimal supervision, except in non-routine situations. You will deliver expert advice, maintain high service standards, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.Locations5th & Central, #101, 530 Central Street, Prince George, BC V2M 3B7, CANSalary and BenefitsSalary Range: $29.00 to $34.00 CAD per hour.TotalRewards : We provide employees with a comprehensive compensation package beyond the base salary, including:Employer paid pension planGenerous paid time off options to foster work-life-family balanceExtended health & dental benefitsTime off for volunteeringVision CareShort-term and Long-term disability insuranceKey responsibilitiesProvide exceptional service by processing insurance transactions and addressing member inquiries.Conduct needs assessments and recommends suitable insurance products and coverages.Manage policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and licensing transactions including ICBC transactions.Apply underwriting guidelines and assess risk, identifying any fraud or security concerns.Support administrative tasks when needed such as supply inventory, batching, and basic reporting.Provide guidance and support to the rest of the insurance team, including on-the-job training as required.QualificationsValid Level 2 Insurance License (Level 3 eligible considered an asset).Minimum continuing education credits mandatory for licensingFamiliarity with all aspects of personal lines.
