This is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a part of a passionate, dynamic team that is here to disrupt the fitness industry.About The RoleWe are seeking a professional and dedicated Finance Manager who is passionate about growing the S&T brand through meaningful financial insights to drive action and decision making.Reporting to the Director of Finance, your primary job responsibilities will include:ResponsibilitiesFinancial ReportingBudgeting, Forecasting and Financial PlanningLeadership and CollaborationFinancial ReportingOversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including departmental and consolidated results.Develop and enhance advanced financial models and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and support executive decision-making.Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing trends, variances, and performance drivers.Partner with department heads to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.Lead the continuous improvement of reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across multiple business segments.Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial PlanningLead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department leaders to align financial targets with strategic priorities.Manage rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans, providing scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform business strategy.Leadership and CollaborationManage, mentor, and develop members of the finance team to foster growth, accountability, and excellence.Collaborate cross-functionally with Studio Managers, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.Champion a culture of financial transparency and data-driven decision-making across the organization.Ad-hoc projects and financial analyses, as required.About You5 to 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, and/or other relevant business area.Degree in accounting or business/commerce, with preference for those who have completed a relevant industry-recognized certification (e.g. CPA).Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and analytical skills with ability to draw insights and convey complex information in a straightforward manner.Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with little direction in a fast-paced environment.Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and Power BI.Self-motivated, team-oriented, strong communication skills and personally interested in health and fitness.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary dependant on experienceEnrollment in annual management bonus plan targeted at 10%HCSA $1.5k per annum3 weeks annual vacationExtended health benefitsUnlimited S&T membership for you and a loved one40% off at Sweat and Tonic shop20% off at Tonic BarAccess to discounts at up to 5,000 retailers across CanadaEmployee Assistance ProgramTop-up parental leaveUp to $2,500 tuition reimbursement annually"} #J-18808-Ljbffr
