Business Development Manager Meta Home & Kitchen – Luvin | Canovii Location: Langley, BC (Primary territory BC) Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission About Us Meta Home & Kitchen – Luvin | Canovii is a proudly Canadian start‑up manufacturer specializing in handmade stainless steel kitchen sinks and accessories. Built with a focus on design, quality, and craftsmanship, our products serve developers, designers, showrooms, and distribution partners across North America. The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business from the ground up. This is a true hunter‑style role with full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting through close. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across British Columbia Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities Build long‑term relationships with developers, designers, showrooms, and distributors Manage the full sales cycle independently Represent the brand at meetings, presentations, and industry events What We’re Looking For Experience in kitchen or bathroom sales (stainless steel sink experience is a strong asset) Background in showroom sales, outbound sales, or selling to developers/designers Proven ability to manage a sales territory independently Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel (travel across Canada and occasional U.S. travel may be required) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience) Uncapped commission On‑Target Earnings: $150,000+ Year 1 Car allowance, cellphone reimbursement and expense account Benefits after 3 months RRSP matching after 6 months 3 weeks paid vacation Why Join Us Be part of a Canadian start‑up manufacturer at the ground level Huge growth and advancement opportunities Canadian‑made, premium product line Strong marketing and leadership support #J-18808-Ljbffr
