Knowledge of products, equipment, and tools needed to complete the tasks required of this job (install/maintain/fix). Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagramsCustomer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction; ability to display professional quality work and service.Problem Solving — Identifying moderate problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Refers to supervisor, manuals, policies and practices for guidance.Communication - Ability to convey and receive information effectively through speaking, writing, and listening.Physical Abilities and attributes - ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
