The role provides patient assessment and treatment, consultation to medical/surgical units and the emergency department, and maintains community‑based practice, including telepsychiatry opportunities. Responsibilities Patient assessment and treatment Collaboration with clinicians and managers Assistance with the development and maintenance of programs, policies, and procedures Consultation to medical/surgical units and emergency department Maintain community‑based practice, including telepsychiatry Teaching opportunities to medical students and residents Professional Development Opportunities for leadership development through Interior Health’s NAVIG8 Emerging Physician Leaders Program. Compensation and Benefits Fee‑for‑Service remuneration: \$250,000 – \$400,000. Participation in MOCAP level 2 Physician Overhead. Relocation funding available: \$9,000 – \$15,000 (applicable to 1.0 FTE positions and may be pro‑rated for part‑time). Employment Details Seniority level: Entry level.
