Shop SupervisorPreeceville, SKPosition OverviewWe are currently seeking a Shop Foreman/Forewoman to join our client's energetic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the coordination and direction of the Ag Service Department workload, ensuring efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities- Participate in scheduling, assignment, and prioritization of work in the service department.- Act as the first point of contact for technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.- Review repair work to ensure quality standards are met.- Work with technicians to ensure jobs progress appropriately, maximizing efficiency.- Provide backup support for the Service Manager during peak seasons or their absence, including on-call duties.- Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.- Conduct inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of Agricultural Equipment with a focus on customer service and workmanship pride.Requirements- Journeyperson certification and 5+ years of experience in complex service repairs and maintenance.- Strong communication skills demonstrated in daily interactions.- Proven ability to inspire team effectiveness and success.- Working knowledge of computer functions and applications.- Master Ag Service Technician certification preferred.What's in it for you?- Competitive wages and excellent benefits package.- In-house training and learning opportunities.- Opportunities for career growth and development within our client's extensive network of locations.If you are a skilled professional with a passion for agricultural equipment and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
